Project Coordination:
Overarching all phases of a project is the role of the Project Manager. It is this role that keeps the project focused, on time, on budget and ensures the highest quality of all deliverables. Project Coordination includes time for all meetings, communication, documentation, pre-production planning, production testing. In addition to the previous services, the Project Coordinator also manages the production team and all of their deliverables. This service is typically a flat fee of 20% of the total projects budget.

This is achieved through keyword development, seeding those keywords within the content, site description development and creation of the appropriate meta tag information. Registration (both paid and unpaid) is also extremely important.

Front-end Development:
The key element of this service is taking the source files from a Graphic designer and doing whatever it takes to re-produce the designers vision into a functional website. HTML, CSS and Java Script make up the majority of front-end development work with basic graphics production and optimization rounding it out.

Website Maintenance:
Ongoing website maintenance is provided to clients with existing websites that require updates on a regular basis. These updates may be basic content updates, creation and addition of new pages and any required supporting graphics or other files.

Statistics Analysis:
Analysis of website statistics allows clients to see a tangible measurement of the use of their website. In general these statistics can show how many unique visitors are using the site, which pages they use the most, what areas require revisions and even how people move through the website. What information is analyzed is determined by each individual clients needs and which website analytics software their web host provides.

Information Architecture (IA) Planning:
This service involves mapping the entire structure of the site and organizing the position of pages within sections, developing a functional and intuitive plan to get the user from point A to point B on the path of least resistance and in the most logical sequence. A solid IA blends the technical and the visual, requiring a keen sense for organizational structures, usability and accessibility.
